First-Time Champions Emerge at Springhill GC

The JGAC 11-13 Division took course at Springhill GC in Aurora, CO. Each division's winner won their first JGAC event of 2016. In the 9-hole divisions, Jack Jacobsen of Englewood, CO shot 48 to best his competitors by 2 strokes and take first place. Kayla Robinson of Littleton, CO shot 45 to win the Girls 11-13 Division (9-hole). For complete 9-hole division results, click here: BOYS  GIRLS

In the Boys 11-13 Division (18-hole) Jeffrey Zhou of Greenwood Village, CO and Traejan Andrews of Windsor, CO both shot even par 64s to find themselves in an on-course playoff for first place. Zhou and Andrews tied the first hole, and Zhou came out on top after the second hole. TJ Hicks of Greenwood Village, CO and Connor Duris of Southern Hills, CO tied for third (68, +4). Merielle Gojo of Cherry Hills Village, CO shot 73 (+9) to best the Girls 11-13 Division (18-hole) by one stroke.
